Answer: This question is about finding volume.

Here diameter is 14 m.

Therefore radius is half of diameter that is

7m

Height is 10 m

Volume of well (cylinder) is πr^2 h

= 22/7×7×7×10

= 22×7×10

= 1540 cubic m

This is quantity.

Now , inner curved surface area= 2πrh

Therefore,

= 2×22/7× 7×10

=440 sq m

Cost of plastering per sq m =₹5

Cost of plastering per 440 sq m=₹ 5×440

=₹ 2200
