A well of 14 meter depth with a diameter of 6 meters is dug and the earth got by digging is evenly spread out to form a rectangular platform of base 22m×9m. Find the height of the platform​

It is given about the well that,

h = 14m

r = 3m

So the volume will be

22/7*3*3*14

=22*9*2

=22*18

=396 m cube

Now the volume of rectangular platform is equal to the volume of well digged out

As we put on the formula, we get

396 = l*b*h

396 = 22*9*h

h = 396/22*9

h = 132/22*3

h = 44/22

h = 2 m
