Hey there!!

let r1 and r2 be the total and outside radius with h height respectively

vollume of earth dugout =
 \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: volume \: of \: earth \: dugout \: \pi \times rh \: \\ = > \frac{22}{7} \times 7 \times 7 \times 10 \\ = > 1540 {m}^{3} \\ \\ \: \\ area \: of \: embankment \: = \pi(r1 + r2) \\ = > \frac{22}{7}( {28}^{2} - {7}^{2} ) \\ > \frac{22}{7} \times ((28+ 7) (28 - 7) = > \frac{22}{7} \times 35 x 21\\ = > = > 2310 \: {m}^{2}
height of embankment =
height \: \: of \: embankment \: = \frac{volume \: of \: earth \: dugout \: \: }{area \: of \: embankment} \\ = > \frac{1540}{2310 } \\ = > 0.66m
Hope this helps u !!
