a) Least count = Value/no. of divisions
So for mA meter, Least count
= 100/10 mA
= 10mA
And dor V meter, Least count
= 1/10 V
= 0.1 V
b) Current (I) = 250 mA = 0.250 A
EMF (V) = 2.4V
So R = V/I = 2.4/0.25 = 240/25 =9.6 Ohm

In mA meter, no. of divisions, if you count, between 100mA and 200mA is 10 and in the voltmeter, it is like th Ammeter.
