A) Per teaching is a form of teaching learning process where every learner interacts with others and this helps in ultimate learning of lessons at ease.

On the other hand in case of micro teaching, a teacher is essentially involved so as to check whether they learned have anything good or bad to easy, or questions to ask out of what he/she has learnt.

Hence they are almost similar.

B) It is the duty of a novice teacher to pay attention to the essence of micro teaching because he/she is still new to the teaching process and is yet to know about all the aspects required to deal with feedback received from students for teaching.

A. Peer teaching is the teaching that occurs when students teach their fellow classmates and micro-teaching occurs when teachers review their teaching sessions to obtain positive feedback and to improve their delivery.

B. A novice teacher must pay more attention to micro-teaching as that would help him or her to improve on his or her style and delivery.

Explanation:

  • Peer teaching is a phenomenon that has been consciously or unconsciously done in all educational institutions.
  • Micro-teaching occurs when the teacher reviews a recorded session of his teaching and analyses such to find faults and to look for ways to improve his teaching.
  • For novice inexperienced teachers micro-teaching is even more important as it helps them to improve their skills.
