Leftover food is a biodegradable waste which can be converted by microorganism into useful products. So, leftover food along with other kitchen garbage such as vegetables peel, are dumped into compost pit to convert them into manure. This manure can be used for growing plants. left over food can be used to feed our pets, may be street dogs , for birds,for other animals we should never waste that as it can help to fill the empty space or hungerness of any other animal. we ourselves can use that food later .
