Explanation:

balanced force is when the amount of force you applied is equal to the force which is exerted from the opposite side .Ex: if you apply a force of 10 newton On an object and your friend also exerts a force of 10 Newton's from opposite side, then the both forces will cancel out each other, and the objects will not move.

Unbalance force is when you apply a force on an object is unequal to the force exerted on the opposite side of it,then it is said to be unbalanced .Ex: you apply a force of 20 Newton's and your friend applies a force of 10 newton from opposite of an object, then the difference will be of 10 newtons ,then the object will move towards your force.

Balanced force:- If all forces occurring on a body result in zero, such forces are known balanced forces.

Unbalanced force: If the result is not zero of all the forces acting on a person, those forces are known unbalanced force.

Explanation:

Balanced force:- If all forces occurring on a body result in zero, such forces are known balanced forces.

Example: When we push with our hands on a concrete wall the wall does not move. That is because we're matching force with the other forces interacting on the wall.

Unbalanced force: If the result is not zero of all the forces acting on a person, those forces are known unbalanced force.

Example: If we move a toy car lying on the floor, we'll find the toy car is beginning to roll. It's because the force that our hand exerts is not compensated by the other forces that operate on the toy car.
