a)Uniform circular motion is explained as a circular motion of a thing in a constant speed. The examples of uniform circular motion are rotation of earth around sun or revolution of earth and Centripetal force. ... In this process speed remains constant and the path is circle in nature.

b)Newton's second law of motion can be formally stated as follows: The acceleration of an object as produced by a net force is directly proportional to the magnitude of the net force, in the same direction as the net force, and inversely proportional to the mass of the object.

Hence, the acceleration of the car is calculated as this difference in velocities / time, means here it is 30 / 10 = 3.
