Hi Mate,
(a) Photosynthesis is the process done by plants to make their own food and to give us Oxygen.
=> Equation for Photosynthesis:
Co2 + H20 → Sunlight and Chlorophyll → C6H12O6 + 6O2 + 6H2O
(b)The different steps involved in the photosynthesis are as follows:
→ Plants take sunlight directly from the sun.
→ Chlorophyll then converts carbon dioxide and water into Glucose, Oxygen and Water.
→ Plants then release oxygen into the air and absorb Glucose and also absorb water but evaporates excess water.
Good Day...!!

A) Photosynthesis and its Equation:
- Photosynthesis is the method of 'converting light energy into chemical form of energy (glucose) with the release of water and oxygen'.
- In this process, green plants utilise the sunlight and chlorophyll to convert 'carbon dioxide and water into glucose and oxygen'.
- It takes place in the chloroplast of the leaves where the Chlorophyll pigment is present.
- Chlorophyll helps in the absorption of light from the Sun.
B) Various steps involved in the PhotoSynthesis:
- Light absorption.
- Electron transport leading to a decrease of NADP + to NADPH.
- ATP synthesis.
- Conversion of carbon-dioxide into carbohydrates.
