when a solution of ethanoic acid is made(10% of ethanoic acid & 90% of water) it is called vineager.
When ethanoic acid reacts with sodium hydrogen carbonate then sodium ethanoate, water and carbon di oxide will be released.
CH3COOH+NaHCO3 =>  CH3COONa+CO2+H20
