b)The target site is the tissue or organ on which the enzyme or hormone acts.  The enzymes do not cause any effect on tissues or organs other than the target site. Hormones usually affect only a limited numbers of cell ,which are called target cells

c)The rising levels of plasma gonadotropins stimulate the ovary to produce increasing amounts of estradiol. Estradiol is responsible for the development of secondary sexual characteristics, that is, growth and development of the breasts and reproductive organs, fat redistribution (hips, breasts), and bone maturation.

d)Testosterone is responsible for the development of secondary sex characteristics, features that stimulate male development (including characteristics that are not part of the reproductive system, such as facial hair growth and voice change).
