diameter of the wheel = 14 cm
rotation of the wheel per minute = 3000 times


therefore

the distance covered    =

diameter of the coil  x  rotation of the coil by the wheel
                                                 
  = 14 cm x 3000
                                                 

  = 42000 cm =  420 m
               


   we all know ,
                               
 speed =  distance/time
           

  =   420 m / 60 s


[1 minute= 60second]
               


 therefore speed of wheel = 7 m/sec.
