r = 0.075m
Perimeter = 2 x 22/7 x 0.075
= 44/7 x 0.075
Revolution per second = 3000/60
= 50
Distance covered per second = 44/7 x 0.075 x x 50 = 23.57m approx.
so speed = 23.57 m/s

Given
Dia of wheel =15cm

Circumference of wheel = distance covered in 1 revolution

 = \pi \: d
  = \frac{22}{7}  \times 15
=330/7cm

Distance coverd in 1 minute=330/7 x3000

=990000/7cm

Changing in meters= 9900/7m in a minute

Speed in meter per second=9900/7x60

=990/42 m/s

=23.57 m/s

This is ur ans hope it will help you
