distance covered = 9.5 km = 9500 m

Number of revolutions   = 2000

diameter of wheel d = N/10  m = 2000

no of revolutions x circumference of wheel  = distance covered

2000 x π d = 9500

2000 x \frac{22}{7} x \frac{N}{10} = 9500

N = \frac{ 7 X 10 X 9500}{2000 X 22} = 665/44 = 15.11 m
