Radius of wheel = 28 cm
Circumference of wheel = 2 * pi *r
= 2*22*28/7
= 44*4
= 176 cm
= 1.76 m
Total distance to be travelled = 704 m
No. Of revolution = Total distance /Circumference of wheel
No. of revolution = 704/1.76
= 400
Hope it will help you
