We know that :
One revolution = 360°
So, 4½ revolutions = 360° × 4½ = 1620°
But, here is the crux :
In general, angle turned by the wheel is said to be 180°, because angles repeat themselves after 2nπ Radians where n is any integer, because in real world, angles above 360° and negative angles do not exist.
