Vertical displacement of the wheel will be -

Resultant displacement of the point of contact can be given by -
s = √(x^2 + y^2)
s = √(80^2 + 14^2)
s = √(6596)
s = 81.22 m
Therefore, displacement of the point of contact is 81.22 m.
