\textbf{1 minute = 60 seconds}\\ \\ \\\mathbf{\frac{1}{60} \: \: minutes = 1 \: \: second }

Hence,

Rounds by wheel in 1 second
 \textbf{Rounds by wheel in 1 second }= \frac{1}{60} \times 240 \\ \\ \\ \textbf{Rounds by wheel in 1 second} = 4 \: \: round

Then, Wheel covers ( 4 × 180 )° = 720°

Hence,

Radian = 720 × 0.01745333

Radian by wheel = 12.5664

Given that number of revolutions made by a wheel in 1 minute = 240.

Number of revolutions made by a wheel in 1 second :

= > (240/60)

= > 4.

We know that Each revolution is 2\pi radians

Therefore, In one second it will round to:

 = > 4 * 2\pi

 = > 8\pi radians

Hope this helps!
