Answer:

given = speed = 40rev/s

            constant accelaration = 60rev

to find = time=?

solution =

w =40rev/s

θ = 60rev

w²= w₁²  - 2∝θ

wf = 0

0²= 1600rev/s² -2 X ∝ X 60 rev

∝ = 1600/120Rev/ s²

∝ =   13.33

wf = wi - ∝t

wi = 30rev/s

t =  wi - wf / ∝

t =  30 / 13.33

t = 2.25 sec

 time (in s) elapses before it stops is t = 2.25 sec
