(a) When a fraction is divided by the difference of 1/3and 1/9 we get 3/4 what is the fraction?​

=> x ÷ $\frac{1}{3}$ - $\frac{1}{9}$ = $\frac{3}{4}$

=> x ÷ ($\frac{3~-~1}{9}$) = $\frac{3}{4}$

=> x ÷ $\frac{2}{9}$ = $\frac{3}{4}$

=> x = $\frac{3}{4}$ × $\frac{2}{9}$

=> x = $\frac{6}{36}$

x = 1/6
