A) Any metal(placed above hydrogen in activity series) and any dilute acid
B) Zn(granulated) + 2HCl(dilute) ---> ZnCl2 + H2
C) Since most of air is made up of nitrogen and oxygen which have heavier molecular weight than hydrogen so the air pushes the hydrogen balloon up than that of gravity which is pulling it downwards. Hydrogen filled balloons rise up because hydrogen gas is lighter than the surrounding air
