2. sometimes moisture is left in the grains.......

controls are......

1. the grains must be made free of microbes, insects and rodents by spraying chemicals, before storing the grains.

2. the grains should be periodically inspected to ensure that they are not attacked by rodents, insects and microbes........

* Abiotic factors ....... like in appropriate moisture and temperature conditions in the place of storage .......

* Strict cleaning of the grains before storage....
* Fumigation should be done to kill pests or insects.....
