when quick lime (CaO) reacts with water in produce hissing sound due to liberation of gas and the formation of Ca(OH)2 takes place that is known as slaked lime.
now ,react it with 2HCl +Ca(OH)2-------> Ca(Cl)2 + 2H2O
now ,react it with 2HCl +Ca(OH)2-------> Ca(Cl)2 + 2H2O
