Area of the white board :-
➩ Length × Breadth

➩ 448 cm².
Area of the wooden board :-
➩ (28 + 4) × (16 + 4)
➩ 32 × 20
➩ 640 cm².
Area not covered by the white board :-
➩ Area of the wooden board - Area of the white board.
➩ 640 - 448
➩ 192 cm².
