a. The diffusion is insufficient to meet the oxygen requirements of the large multicellular organisms like humans as due to the large number of cells and huge body size, oxygen cannot diffuse quickly into cells of the body. In unicellular organism the body size is small and singular cell is present which facilitate oxygen diffusion quickly. Hence, the diffusion is insufficient to meet the oxygen requirements of the large multicellular organisms like humans.

b. Blood circulatory system contains hemoglobin which carries blood to all parts of the body.

c. A terrestrial animal has an advantage over aquatic animals as the air in the atmosphere has more oxygen as compared to oxygen dissolved in water.
