and other reason is acetic acid contain carbon in it...

any acid contain carbon is a weak acid.....

when HCl is dissolved in water it dissociate more H+ ion then acetic acid when acetic acid is dissolved in water so HCl is stronger than acetic acid

when acid is diluted the H+ ion get start to combine with H2O to form H3O+ (hydronium ion) so pH of acid decrease and thus it is influence by it...
