a) Water conduct electricity and hence the person can get electricity shock.
b) On the basis of reaction with Hydrogen and the no. of valance electron metals are arranged in a reactivity series.

a) because current can easily pass through the water.....and it may cause some fire accident.....so only it is advised to be not use water on the electric .....
