d=140cm
r=70cm

to frame it we have to find its perimeter

perimeter of semicircle=πr+d

=22/7*70+140
=22*10+140
=360cm

cost of framing 1cm = 5
cost of framing 360cm= 5*360
=1800₹

now for putting glass into it , we have to find its area

area of semicircle=πr²/2

=22*70*70/7*2
=7700cm

now,
cost of putting 1cm² glass=31₹
cost of putting 7700cm²glass=31*7700
=₹238700
