Given

l = 150 cm = 1.5 m

d = 1 mm = 0.001 m

ρ = 44 * 10^(-6) Ωm

To find

Resistance

Solution

R = ρl/A

A = π(d/2)^2 = 3.14 * 0.001/2 * 0.001/2 = 0.00000079 = 7.9 * 10^(-7) m^2

R = 44 * 10^(-6) Ωm * 1.5 m/7.9 * 10^(-7) m^2

R = 83.5 Ω

Answer:

Explanation:R = ρl/A

A = π(d/2)^2 = 3.14 * 0.001/2 * 0.001/2 = 0.00000079 = 7.9 * 10^(-7) m^2

R = 44 * 10^(-6) Ωm * 1.5 m/7.9 * 10^(-7) m^2

R = 83.5 Ω
