perimeter of a circle = 2 × 22 / 7 × r
22 =2×22/7×r
11 =22/7×r
77 =22r
r =77/22
r =7/2
perimeter of a square = 4 a
22 =4 a
a =22/4
a =11/22
area o a circle = pie × r2
= 22/7 × 7/2 × 7/2
= 38.5 cm2
area of a square = side X side
= 11/2 × 11/2
= 30.25 cm2
therefore area of a circle succeeds 8.25 cm2 than the area of square
