perimeter of rectangle = perimeter of square
2 (length + breadth) = 4 × side
2 (13.5 + 6.5) = 4 × side
40/4 = side
side = 20cm

perimeter of square= perimeter of rectangle
4×a=2{13.5+6.5}
4a=2×20
4a=40
a=10
