Perimeter of rectangle= 2( length + breadth)
= 2(13.5+6.5)m
= 40m
As per question:
Perimeter of recatangle= Perimeter of square= 40cm
Perimeter of square= 4× side
40cm/4= side
10cm= side
Area of square = 10cm×10cm= 100cm^2

hello!!
here's ur answer...
given:-
length of the rectangle=13.5cm
breadth of the rectangle=6.5cm
thus, perimeter of the rectangle=2(l+b)
=2(13.5+6.5)
=2×20
=40cm
perimeter of rectangle=perimeter of square
therefore perimeter of square=40m
4×side=40m
side=40/4
side=10cm
hence, area of the square=side×side
=10×10
=100cm²
hope this helps...
