Perimeter is
2(12 + 10 )= 44
Perimeter equals length of wire equals circumference
So
Let the radius be x
ATP
2 \times \pi \times x = 44 \\ \pi \times x = 22 \\ x =  \frac{22}{\pi}
So area is
\pi \times  \frac{22}{\pi}  \times  \frac{22}{\pi}  \\  = 22 \times  \frac{22}{\pi }  \\  =  \frac{484}{\pi}
