A wire can be bend in the form of the circle of radius 35: in if it is bent in the form of square. Then find it's area​

Answer:

The radius of the wire bent into a circle = 35m

Then the diameter of the circle = 2r = 70m

it is then bent into a square

the perimeter of the square = 70m

The length of each side = 70/4 = 17.5

The area of square = side×side = 17.5×17.5

So,

The area of the square = 306.25 m^2

Radius of a circle = 35 cm Circumference of a circle = 2πr Circumference of a circle = 2 × (22/7) × 35 = 44 ×5= 220 cm

Perimeter of a square = circumference of circle 4 x side = 220 cm

Side 220/ 4

Side 55 cm

Area of square = side²

Area of square= (55)2 = 55 x 55 = 3025 cm²

Hence, the Area of square is 3025 cm²
