The force on a current carrying wire of any shape in a uniform magnetic field is independent of its shape but depends on the vector length joining the beginning and ending of the wire.

Magnetic force on the portion of wire between x=0 and x=2L is given as

F=IB∫2L0dx[Since, F=I(dl×B)]So,F=IB[2L−0]=IB×2LOr F=2LBI
