Lets first find the length of the wire .

length of wire = perimeter of rectangle formed

length of wire = 2 ( 9 + 6.4 )      [ since perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( length + breath ) ]

length of wire = 2 × 15.4 = 30.8 cm

same wire is use to create a circle.

so circumference of circle = length of wire = 30.8 cm

    circumference of circle = 2πr  [ where r is radius and π = 22/7 ]

⇒  30.8 = 2 × 22/7 × r

⇒( 30.8 × 7 ) /44 = r

⇒ r = 4.9 cm

and diameter = 2r = 2 × 4.9 = 9.8 cm

hence diameter of circle formed = 9.8 cm

Answer:176cm,42.42m

Step-by-step explanation:Given,r=28cm

Distance traveled in 1 revolution =circumference.

2×22/7×28=circumference

176cm=circumference

Thus,distance travelled in 24 revolutions=176cm×24=4242cm.
