as triangle has 3 sides.

each resistance of 90/3 = 30Ω.

in triangle connection 2 resistance are in series. then it will parallel to third resistance.

in series equivalent resistance is 30 + 30 = 60Ω.

now this 60Ω is parallel to 30Ω.

then final equivalent resistance = 60/3 = 20Ω
