R = ρl/A

Now if the wire is stretched keeping the volume intact then:

R = ρl²/V

Now R ∝ l², According to the question, we get,

R2 / R1 = (l2 / l1 )²

But R1 = 10Ω, l2/l1 = 11/10

=> R2/10 = 121/100

=> R2 = 12.1 Ω

Hence your answer is 12.1 Ω....
