 \bold{Given,}

A wire is in form of a circle with radius 7cm.

So, let's find its circumference

 \large \boxed{\mathsf{Circumference = 2 \times \pi \times radius}}

 \mathsf{Circumference = 2 \times \dfrac{22}{7} \times 7}

 \boxed{\mathsf{Circumference = 44 cm}}

We know circumference is perimeter.

Since, the same wire us bend into square so the circumference of circle is equal to the perimeter of the square formed.

 \large \boxed{\mathsf{Perimeter = 4 \times Side}}

 \mathsf{44 = 4 \times Side}

 \mathsf{\dfrac{44}{4} = Side}

 \large \boxed{\mathsf{Side \: of \: square = 11 cm}}
