Given: Radius of wire = 10cm

Magnetic field = 100T

Time = 0.1s

To find: Average induced emf in loop

Solution:

2πR = 4L

Therefore,

L = πR/2 = π × 10/2 = 5πcm

Δs = Si - Sf

= πr² - L²

= π ( 0.1)² - ( 5π)² × 10`4

= 0.0067

Now,

e = ΔФ/Δt = B. Δs/Δt = 100 × 0.0067/0.1

= 6.7v

Answer : The average induced emf in the loop is 6.7v
