length of rect =18.7cm
its breadth =14.3 cm
therefore, its perimeter=2(l+b) units
=2(18.7+14.3)cm
=2×33cm
=66cm
perimeter of rect.=circumference of circle
therefore, Circumference of circle=66cm
that means,
2 \pi r = 66 \\ 2 \times 22 \div 7 \times r = 66 \\ r = 66 \times 7 \div (22 \times 2) \\ r = 21 \div 2 \\ r = 10.5
therefore,radius of circle=10.5cm
