area of rectangle = l x b

14.2 cm x 10 cm

= 142cm^2

and also area of square = area of rectangle because same wire

so

area of square = sxs = 142 cm^2

s = underoot 142 = 11.9

 \sqrt{142}

and area of circle = pie r ^2 = 142

22/7 x r^2 = 142

r^2 = 142 x 7 / 22

r^2 = 994/22

r^2 = 45.18

r = underoot 45.18

r = 6.72
