Answer:

10.5

Step-by-step explanation:

the shape of rectangle

length = 18 cm

breadth = 15 cm

now the wire is bent into a circle

so

perimeter of rectangle = circumference of the circle

2(l+b) = 2πr

2(18 +15) = 2πr

2×33 = 2πr

66 = 2πr

66 × 7/ 2×22 = r

33 × 7/22 =r

21/2 = r

10.5 = r

so the radius of the circle is 10.5 cm.

Answer:

Given:

Length of Wire is 18 cm

Width of wire is 15 cm

To find:

Radius of circle is the same wire is

bent in the from of a circle

Solution:

Firstly we will find the perimeter of Rectangle

Using Formula:

primeter \: of \: rectangle \:  = 2(l + w)

Putting values

☞︎︎︎ 2 ( 18 + 15 )

☞︎︎︎ 2 ( 33 )

☞︎︎︎ 66 cm

Now,

The same wire is bent in the form of a

circle so,

Using formula:

circum \: ference \: of \: circle \:  = 2\pi \: r

Putting values:

66 - 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r \\ 66 \times 7 = 44 \times 6 \\ 462 = 44 \: r

r = 462

44

So, the Radius of circle is 10.5 cm
