a wire is bent in the form of a square occupies an area of 196 sq metres .if the same wire is bent to form a circle , find the area occupied

Area of square=(side) ²=196
Therefore. side=(196)½=14m
Total length of the square=4*side=4*14=56m

Now when the wire is bend to form circle
Circumference of the circle =56m
2*pi*r=56.
r=56/(2*pi)=8.92m

Therefore area enclosed by the circle=pi*r²=3.14*(8.92)²=249.838m²
