area of square = s² = 196 m²
s = √196 = 14m
perimeter of square = 4*14 = 56m
since length of wire doesn't change, perimeter of circle is also 56m
or 2πr = 56
⇒2×(22/7)×r = 56
⇒ r = (56×7)/(2×22) = 8.9 m
Area occupied= πr² = π×8.9² = 248.8 m²
