A wire is bent in the from of a rectangle having length twice the breath.The same wire is bent in the form of circle. It is found that the area of the circle is greater then that of the rectangle by 104.5 cm2 . find the length of the wire .​

Let length be x

then breadth will be 2x

=area of rectangle +104.5=area of circle

63x²/22 -  2x² = 104.5

63x² - 44x² =  2299

19x² = 2299

x² = 121

x = √121

x = 11 cm

Now length =11cn

Width =2x =2*11=22cm

Length of wire =2(22+11)=2*33=66
