length is 36 cm
breadth is 25 cm
perimeter is 2*(36+25)cm
=2*61 cm
=122 cm
given perimeter of rec=perimeter of square
so perimeter of square is 122 cm
now side is 122/4=30.5 cm
area of rec= 36*25=900 cm
area of sq=30.5*30.5=930.25cm
so area of sq is greater.
sorry for any mistakes in calculations.
