Solution

Given :-

  • The area of square is 121 m².

To Find :-

  • The area of circle .

Step-by-Step-Explaination :-

As we know that :-

Area of square = 121 m²

= ( side )² = ( 11 ) ² m²

= side = 11 m

Now,

As we know that :-

Perimeter of square = 4 × side

= 4 × 11

= 44 m

Now,

Let ' r ' be radius of circle , then

Circumference of Circle = Perimeter of square

= 2πr = 44 m

= 2 × 22/7 × r = 44 m

= 44/7 × r = 44 m

= r = 44 × 7/44

= r = 7 m

Now,

As we know that :-

Area of circle = πr²

Putting the respective value,

= π × ( 7 m )²

= 22/7 × 49 m²

= 154 m².
