Given that side of the square is 22 cm
Perimeter of the square =4a
=4×22
=88 cm
As the same wire is used to form a circle then both will have same perimeter.
Perimeter of circle = Perimeter of square
⇒2πr=88
⇒2×
7
22

r=88
⇒r=
22×2
88×7

⇒r=14 cm
Hence radius of the circle is 14 cm.
then,
Area of the circle =πr
2

=
7
22

×14×14
=616 cm
2

AnSwEr -:

______________________________

Length of side of square = 11 cm.

21 cm^2 is the area of the square.

Explanation-:

Given,

Circumference of the circle ⭕️ =

perimeter of the square .

Circumference of circle ⭕️ = 2 π r

R= radius

π = 22/7 or 3.14

Perimeter of square = 4a

A= length of side

To find,

Circumference of circle ⭕️ = 2 π r

R = radius = 7 cm

π = 22/7 or 3. 14

2 x 22/7 x 7 = 4a

2 x 22 = 4a

44 = 4a

A = 44/4

A= 11 cm

Area of square = a x a

A = 11 cm = length of side of square

11 x 11

121 cm ^2

121 cm^2 is the area of the square

______________________________

Length of side of square = 11 cm.

21 cm^2 is the area of the square.
