A wire is carrying current. is it charged? if yes then, why?

yes because current carrying conductor always carry charge as electrons r moving in it

A wire which is carrying current is charged because charge is flowing through the wire, or we can say that electrons are moving in the wire due to which current is produced in the wire and make it charged.
